About AMS Impact Group and AMS Schools
AMS Impact Group is the management company of Academies of Math and Science, a network of 10 top-rated non-profit Arizona and Arkansas charter schools (in 2023 the #1 highest performing low-income network in Arizona) serving nearly 10,000 students. We also provide select management services to public schools around the nation that are making a difference in communities but struggling at replicating or effective management.
AMS Impact Group believes that despite challenges facing districts today or in the past, kids in low-income and marginalized communities can achieve high levels of academic success supported by leaders who take ownership of results, believe in the power of leadership and teaching, and use evidence-validated models to increase scholar achievement.
The goal of AMS Impact group is continued, sustainable expansion (at a goal of no more than 10-15% per year) through opening more schools in existing states, launching another region of schools in at least one more state by 2027, and significantly increasing its support to other schools around the nation. We are an entrepreneurial, for-profit company with a track record of excellent results in underserved communities, and the management and executive team at AMS Impact Group love doing what it takes to build a great company.
AMS Impact Group and affiliated schools are sought after for further expansion across many states in the U.S. and is prioritizing expansion to the highest needs communities that align with our operational vision and ability to maintain financial stability and success. The AMS school vision is to guide our students through an advanced curriculum to become tomorrow’s global visionaries. Beyond academics, AMS offers diverse programs that engage and support entire families. Our goal is to build a strong community within the communities we serve, driven by our shared dedication to nurturing every child's potential.
We are a financially sustainable network that does not rely on external funding for operation.
