Overview
The Manager, Purpose Experience serves as a member of Crocs, Inc. Sustainability team, and reports to the Director, Social Impact. This enterprise level role will contribute to the future of our Crocs and HEYDUDE brands through global sustainability efforts with a focus on our Community and Inclusivity Purpose Pillars and Ambitions. This role will support us by extending the Purpose experience for stakeholders, both internal and external, to enable Crocs, Inc.’s Purpose in action. Crocs, Inc. has a unique role to play as part of the footwear and fashion industry in being able to create and demonstrate the positive impact we can have on people and communities throughout our value chain.
What You'll Do
- Enhance and manage key areas for strategic nonprofit partnership Pinpoint critical areas or opportunities where Crocs Inc can enhance existing partnerships and donations to a make meaningful impact aligned with global strategy
- Evaluate prospective giving partners aligned to global strategy yet serving local needs and develop partnership plans that help unlock measurable impact at scale
- Manage ongoing processes and requests for giving and with internal partners
- Manage the ongoing delivery of social impact metrics and reporting providing expert advice and solutions on measuring and enhancing the effectiveness and impact of its social impact programs
- Maintain accurate and uptodate data and data management processes and policies for community impact programming including partnership agreements invoices shipping documents and donation receipts
- Guide crossfunctional and regional partners as to how the Global Community Impact strategy can come to life locally in their campaigns products or partnerships
- Work crossfunctionally specifically with Marketing Communications Sales and the Sustainability team to develop authentic storytelling strategy calendar and practices partnering to develop Purpose content that highlights commitments and progress
- Provide analyses and insights into social impact trends best practices and benchmarking
- Leverage multimodal opportunities to educate involve and inspire employees in our Purpose through activations such as newsletters virtual sessions gamification andor technologybased tools
- Disseminate and implement the guidance outlined in the Community Impact Playbook for regional teams to guide initiatives campaigns and giving
- Lead the development and implementation of strategies that enhance employee experience and participation in our Purpose to create a more comfortable world for all focusing initially on our community and inclusivity pillars through our social impact initiatives
- Develop the annual plan and provide ongoing support to global employeeled involvement groups and structures
- Coordinate with local and regional representatives to disseminate Purpose experience strategy and opportunities for involvement such as volunteerism and learning
- Enhance and manage the operations of Purpose experience programs policies and tools such as giving volunteerism and other social impact related initiatives supporting program expansion and growth
- Oversee the integration of Purpose initiatives into internal practices promoting community and inclusivity
- Collaborate with HR internal communications and other departments to ensure and measure a cohesive approach to employee experience and engagement
- Support expansion of Purpose experience from corporate offices to Retail and Distribution Center environments and supply chain as social impact strategy and business needs evolve
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in related or relevant field, or equivalent years of experience.
- 5-7 years professional experience in sustainability, community/social impact, corporate social responsibility, or related fields, with demonstrated experience in employee engagement specifically in social impact areas.
- Experience managing impact programs in corporate setting.
- Experience managing corporate inclusivity initiatives a plus.
- A strong track record in CSR, Community Investment or Social Impact (including community engagement, volunteerism, and strategic nonprofit partnerships), with a keen understanding of global and local trends and success mechanisms in this space.
- Able to identify new opportunities and innovative ideas for driving social impact, and can clearly communicate those ideas, concepts and proposals to engage employees, leaders and the broader community.
- A strategic executor – sees themselves as a practical visionary combining strategic foresight and planning for Purpose experience and social impact, as well as practical execution with clear goals, precision, speed and accountability.
- A self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to community and inclusivity.
- Skills and experience in communications or marketing will be an asset to enabling the Purpose experience.
- Ability to use influence to navigate cross-functionally with a wide range of teams and leaders (e.g. Marketing, Internal Communications, HR, Local Cross-Functional Teams within our regional offices around the globe) in a fast-paced environment where relationships are critical to program success.
- Experience using volunteerism and Purpose/employee engagement software.
- Demonstrates flexibility and a growth mindset.
- Copes effectively with complexity and change.
- Experience working with diverse, global populations, cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds.
- Some travel as required by business needs (<15% of the time)

Salary
$100,000 - $110,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
