About K12 Coalition
K12 Coalition provides products and services that help K-12 schools and teachers achieve transformational learning outcomes. We tackle many of today’s toughest education obstacles, including teacher recruitment and retention, student learning acceleration, ongoing teacher coaching and development, long-range strategic planning, and school equity audits. K12 Coalition came together when educators with deep experience as teachers, school leaders and high-level district administrators observed a genuine need for something better. Our divisions include iteach, Teaching Channel, Insight Education Group and Lavinia Group.
The Opportunity
The Partnership Director develops and expands business for all brands across K12 Coalition. Leveraging their strong relationships with school districts, charter networks, state leaders and advocacy partners, the Partnership Director will prospect, match solutions, and close sales in support of the development, retention, and growth of high-quality teachers and administrators, thus creating a positive effect on teaching and learning for our partners.
To increase partnerships across K12 Coalition, the Partnership Director will need to leverage their existing relationships with CMO’s and districts, their previous experience in K12 education, and their ability to think strategically. The Partnerships Director reports to the Chief Partnerships Officer.
