Over 5 years, I played a key leadership role in a global professional services startup as it grew rapidly from a single digit headcount to being acquired. Within the new ownership, I founded a service line for INGO advisory services but ultimately decided it did not fit my development and impact interests directly enough. Therefore, I am now an MSc candidate at the LSE studying development economics. I will continue my work and learning in leveraging private sector solutions for job creation and sustainable growth in low-middle income countries.
