Fresh graduate in Social Development and Welfare from Universitas Gadjah Mada with hands-on experience in research and implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), social impact, and community empowerment programs. Experienced in conducting social mapping using the Sustainable Livelihood Approach (SLA), calculating Social Return on Investment (SROI) in accordance with the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) framework, and assessing social innovation for PROPER Emas. Skilled in cross stakeholder coordination, program monitoring and evaluation, and data-driven CSR reporting. Strong interest in environmental sustainability, gender issues, and improving community quality of life through sustainable development approaches.
