About
I am an education and community impact leader working across early childhood, K–12, out-of-school time, and higher education, with a focus on sustainability- and policy-informed practice and cross-sector partnerships.
Over the past two decades, my work has centered on designing, leading, and strengthening learning experiences that connect education, environmental stewardship, and community well-being. I have worked within school systems, community-based organizations, and informal learning environments, supporting programs that serve children, youth, educators, and families while aligning with organizational goals and public priorities.
A consistent throughline in my work is bridging practice and policy. I collaborate with local, state, and national nonprofit organizations and participate in policy-focused working groups and professional networks that advance equitable access to high-quality learning, particularly in early childhood and place-based education. This includes contributing practitioner perspective to policy discussions, supporting implementation of new guidance and regulations, and helping organizations translate policy into practice in ways that are realistic, humane, and grounded in lived experience.
I am experienced in convening partners across sectors, facilitating shared learning, and translating complex initiatives into clear communication for educators, families, funders, boards, and public agencies. My approach is relationship-centered, equity-informed, and rooted in continuous learning, with an emphasis on building durable systems rather than one-off solutions.
I am especially motivated by work that strengthens public-private collaboration, supports educators and communities, and contributes to long-term, sustainable impact across systems.
