About
I am a systems thinker and relationship-centered leader who works at the intersection of strategy, learning, and equity. Across my career in education and reentry, I have focused on strengthening programs from the inside by building structures that make learning consistent, dignified, and accessible for people who have historically been overlooked or underserved.
In my role as Vice President of National Programs at Defy Ventures, I guide the strategy, design, and implementation of in-prison and post-release programming across multiple states. My work includes building national learning systems, redesigning curriculum and pathways, and creating the infrastructure that helps teams deliver aligned, meaningful experiences at scale. I hold a strong commitment to clarity, usability, and honoring the lived experiences of the people we serve.
Over the past 15+ years, I have led program and learning initiatives in public schools, nonprofits, and community-based organizations. What connects my work is a belief that good systems can expand opportunity and that change happens when strategy, culture, and people are aligned.
I care about work that is values-grounded, human-centered, and built for long-term impact. If our missions intersect, I would welcome the opportunity to connect
