I am a brand and impact strategist with experience partnering with global consumer brands to build relevance, trust, and long-term value through culturally informed strategy.
Born and raised in Jamaica and educated in the U.S., I bring a global perspective to my work, grounded in the belief that strong brands are built through alignment between purpose, culture, and execution. I began my career in corporate brand and social impact roles, including at Alex and Ani, where I worked at the intersection of storytelling, partnerships, and purpose-driven initiatives.
After transitioning out of corporate America, I established an advisory and consulting practice, allowing me to work more closely with brands on strategic impact, cultural relevance, and authentic engagement. I currently provide white-label strategic impact advising in partnership with Talk to Jess, supporting major brands including Mattel and BOTOX® Cosmetic.
My expertise includes brand and impact strategy, cultural insight, storytelling, partnerships, and integrated campaign development. I am known for helping organizations move beyond performative efforts to design strategies that are credible, resonant, and aligned with both business goals and societal expectations.
