About
I’m a mid-level, multilingual professional currently serving as a Learning Innovation Officer at the International Training Centre of the ILO (United Nations) in Italy, where I lead global, human-centered learning initiatives across Europe, Africa, and Asia. My work spans instructional design, facilitation, digital transformation, and innovation management, including scaling blended and online learning to 90,000+ learners and coordinating cross-functional teams on 20+ international projects. In 2023, I was nominated as one of the 30 Under 30 members of the Learning Technologies Exhibition & Conference, which spotlights the next generation of global leaders in the learning and development field. I bring a strong foundation in adult learning, participatory methodologies, and organizational learning, paired with experience in multilateral and nonprofit environments as a Fulbright Scholar and UN-trained emerging leader. I’m now looking to return home to the U.S. (Chicago/Chicagoland or fully remote) and am exploring roles at the intersection of learning & development, innovation, and international or mission-driven organizations.
