As an associate at Grounded Solutions Network, I manage key operational systems, assist staff with vendor and consultant contracting, and support multi-departmental project management. I have also successfully executed several in-person staff retreats and overseen successful audits. I am pursuing a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management. I am strongly interested in nonprofit organizations, particularly those focused on housing and urban development, and in finding ways to sustain them effectively.
