I am a mission-driven executive leader with 10+ years of experience building, leading, and scaling high-impact programs that advance equity for youth, families, and historically marginalized communities. I hold a Master of Public Health and bring deep expertise in trauma-informed care, equity-centered strategy, and systems-level change.

Across nonprofit, public health, and community-based settings, I have led complex initiatives at scale—overseeing multimillion-dollar federal grants, guiding organization-wide DEI efforts, and building resilient, high-performing teams.
