Hello! My name is Jenna, I am a creative and driven professional with a diverse background spanning hospitality, operations, and customer experience. My career began in New York City, where I discovered a deep passion for the hospitality industry while working at several renowned restaurants, ultimately serving as General Manager at a high volume West Village steakhouse.
I returned to Minneapolis to support my father, I was privileged to assist in the opening one of Chef Ann Kim's restaurants. This experience strengthened my love for collaboration, team building, and thoughtful service. Once my daughter began school, I transitioned into a daytime leadership role as Customer Experience Manager for my family's retail company. I currently oversee all recruiting and sales training for new and veteran team members, along with managing online communications and integrating AI platforms to help improve our performance.
I bring a well-rounded skill set and a heartfelt passion for connecting people, cultivating culture, and fostering meaningful collaborations. My goal is to continue building environments where great teams and great ideas come together to creating lasting impact for buisnesses and communities.
