Hi, I’m Jennifer, an organizational development consultant and relational coach with 15+ years helping leaders and teams cut through complexity with clarity, connection, and courage.

I specialize in aligning people, process, and purpose to build workplaces that actually work. I've led cross-functional teams of 5–50+ and managed projects with budgets from $20K to $100M. My approach blends strategic execution with human insight to drive real, lasting change.

My work is guided by three interconnected layers: Self. Connection. Systems. How people show up, how teams relate, and how organizations function. Real transformation happens when all three are understood together.

I'm known for building trust quickly, cutting through chaos, and translating vision into action—without the jargon or judgement.
