Driven by curiosity and a passion for building genuinely valuable digital products, I help teams turn research and insights into solutions users trust. My specialty is making complex workflows intuitive, whether I’m untangling user flows or mapping omnichannel journeys.
At OCAD U CO and previously with Ascendis, I’ve partnered with cross-functional teams to launch features, run hands-on workshops and bring clarity to ambiguous problems. My approach is collaborative and deeply rooted in understanding end users, often through interviews, prototyping, and iterative testing, to make sure every decision ties back to real business and user needs.
Throughout my career I've led discoveries, designed journey maps, prototyped, run user tests, and produced actionable reports that drive direction. My graduate work in digital product management at Queen’s University gave me a business-and-tech perspective that helps me connect strategy, execution and customer impact with digital leadership.
