About
Purpose-driven program and partnership leader with 25+ years working at the intersection of companies and communities. My experience spans philanthropy, grantmaking, employee engagement, community partnerships, corporate responsibility, and cross-sector collaboration. I focus on building trust, listening closely to community needs, and designing programs that help people and organizations move forward in practical, meaningful ways. I currently serve as Board Vice President and Grant Committee Co-Chair at the Community Foundation of San Carlos, guiding a community-centered grantmaking process that strengthens grassroots nonprofits. Previously at Electronic Arts, I spent more than two decades developing global social impact programs, volunteer initiatives, education partnerships, and employee-driven community engagement efforts. I bring an MPA, a PMP certification, and a steady, collaborative approach to work that involves many voices. My strengths include relationship-building, thoughtful execution, and creating structures that support transparency, equity, and measurable impact.
