About

Sustainability has been the unifying theme of my professional journey and personal values. My work at organizations, including the Rainforest Alliance and Textile Exchange, has centered on the intersection of responsible sourcing and diverse stakeholder engagement, contributing to global and regional initiatives that drive positive environmental and livelihood impacts through collaboration.
I had the benefit of being part of a growing evolution in sustainability programs so I have had the opportunity to develop systems and policies alongside scaling delivery of practical tools on the ground. I have experience managing relationships across industry, civil society, local communities, as well as cross-departmentally within my organization. I have been an expert in the field, a trainer, and accountable for program KPIs, eventually moving into programmatic leadership, serving on org-wide leadership teams, and representing my department to the Board.
