About
I’ve always been fascinated by systems - how they work, who they serve (or don’t), and most importantly, how they can be transformed for the better. An education rooted in social justice and a front-row seat to the lasting impacts of the 2008 financial crisis were two core influences on my worldview. Over time, I learned that while economic systems are often at the heart of injustice, they can also be reshaped to serve the common good when guided by thoughtful strategy and purpose.
That realization fueled my journey into economic systems analysis and social entrepreneurship. From working with social entrepreneurs at Ashoka Arab World to researching innovative resourcing strategies for social ventures for my MPhil in Inclusive Innovation at the University of Cape Town, I focus on organizations that challenge the status quo. I love working with bold thinkers, changemakers, and purpose-driven organizations to bring their visions to life, and I excel at the crossroads of strategy and action.
While completing my dissertation research, I’ve been consulting with mission-driven organizations on resourcing strategies and organizational design, while building a social venture focused on accessible housing. This work has deepened my understanding of how funding models and legal structures can unlock or constrain impact. I’m now excited to bring these learnings into a long-term role where I can contribute meaningfully and continue to grow in purpose and impact.
Outside of work, you can usually find me traveling, helping out in an urban garden, hosting themed dinners, or subjecting my friends to my latest experimental baking attempts. I believe in building community, embracing adventure, and making an impact through the everyday moments that bring people together.
