About
I'm a creative, analytical leader for social impact and systems change initiatives who is passionate about helping organizations monitor and evaluate their impact, learn, and adapt and scale policies and strategies to achieve their goals.
With 15 years of leadership in the social impact sector, I've helped organizations develop data-driven strategies and policies, evaluate progress, and use adaptive management techniques to create positive impact in some of the most challenging contexts around the globe. I've designed, managed, and evaluated hundreds of small grants in partnership with community organizations and local governments to help improve economic opportunity, empower youth, women, and underrepresented populations, and increase social cohesion.
Collaborating with colleagues and partners to create lasting, equitable social change brings me joy. I firmly believe in community, not competition, and that a supportive and positive, people-first work environment leads to greater achievement.
In my free time, you can find me cooking, gardening, or caring for our animals at our farm in the Columbia River Gorge.
