I have spent nearly two decades helping organizations, from small nonprofit to Fortune 500, run a better business and increase the likelihood that they achieve their mission at the intersection of data, people, process and technology optimization. For the last 10+ years I have provided hands-on training, workshops, and support to small and medium sized nonprofits around the US, covering topics including grant writing and funding strategy development, marketing and communication, along with program development and program evaluation.
