About

I have spent nearly two decades helping organizations, from small nonprofit to Fortune 500, run a better business and increase the likelihood that they achieve their mission at the intersection of data, people, process and technology optimization. For the last 10+ years I have provided hands-on training, workshops, and support to small and medium sized nonprofits around the US, covering topics including grant writing and funding strategy development, marketing and communication, along with program development and program evaluation.

Core to my work is leveraging a design thinking approach to identify key challenges your organization faces and utilizing Scrum project management to help organizations make progress on their lofty goals each and every day.
