I'm a mission-driven engineering and data leader with deep experience in translating complex technical systems into tools that support real-world impact. My most recent roles have been as Director/VP of Engineering, and my background spans data engineering, analytics, and ML enablement in both commercial and scientific contexts, including work supporting climate, public data access, and nonprofit research. I specialize in partnering closely with domain experts to define meaningful metrics, build durable systems, and turn ad hoc analysis into reliable, decision-ready platforms. My passion is work that protects people, animals, and ecosystems, with and for organizations that value rigor, integrity, and care over hype.
