About
Over the past two decades, I have led and supported initiatives across the Caribbean and the United States, spanning MSME development, communications strategy, CSR delivery, events and cultural production, and operational management. My career began in media, FMCG, hospitality, and events, which grounded me in logistics, people management, and execution under pressure. I later moved into NGO, civic, and development work, where I applied those same operational disciplines to public-interest outcomes.
I have coordinated more than 500 events and campaigns, delivered over 1,000 volunteer hours, and supported hundreds of community and CSR-linked programmes. My work ranges from designing communication strategies and storytelling systems to building partnerships between corporates, local enterprises, and grassroots organisations. I specialise in translating strategy into action: aligning stakeholders, mobilising teams, and delivering programmes that communities actually use.
Alongside my professional work, I serve as a Justice of the Peace, which reflects my commitment to governance, fairness, and public trust. I am equally comfortable on the ground with community groups as I am advising executives and boards.
