About
Director of Transformation & Operations | IRL Strategy & Event Operations | Building Scalable, Data-Driven In-Person Precisely Executed Events | Community Management
I am a senior events and operations leader with 15+ years of experience owning and executing in-person events and community programs end-to-end across nonprofit, corporate, education, and community environments.
My work sits at the intersection of event execution, digital transformation, operations, and community engagement. I lead teams, plan and deliver complex events, manage timelines and budgets, coordinate vendors and stakeholders, and ensure every detail is handled so programs run smoothly, professionally, and on time. I am known for staying calm under pressure and delivering consistent, high-quality results.
Alongside event delivery, I have led community management and engagement initiatives that deepen relationships before, during, and after events. I use platforms intentionally to support continuity, communication, and engagement, not as add-ons, but as core infrastructure that strengthens the event lifecycle.
I am hands-on and detail-oriented, whether I’m finalizing room setups, supporting speakers, managing vendors, moderating community programming, or troubleshooting onsite and online. I believe strong leadership, clear processes, a great team, and well-managed systems are what make flawless execution possible. I’m a leader who’s not afraid to dig into the details, whether it's revamping a process, building out a new program, or guiding a team through change. I execute and thrive with a cross functional team.
I thrive in fast-paced environments where teams and communities need clarity, structure, and momentum. I take pride in building trust by doing what I say I will do and delivering events and experiences that work.
I’m especially interested in roles where in-person events and communities are treated as critical infrastructure, planned with intention, executed with precision, and supported by platforms that drive engagement, continuity, and long-term impact.
