I bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily functional operations.

For 17 years, I have worked at the intersection of complex systems and human-centric missions. My foundation is in systems engineering, bringing a discipline of technical rigor and regulatory compliance to the needs of regenerative and community-led organizations.

As an Integrator, I translate vision into tangible infrastructure: CRM systems, automated workflows, and standardized processes. My experience balances a decade of managing aerospace quality standards with a decade of leading international field programs and co-founding nonprofits. I build the operational structures that allow teams to scale effectively while remaining focused on their core mission.

I provide the functional architecture that ensures organizational sustainability and clarity for those doing the work.

Logistics: 100% Remote. Based in the US/Canada Pacific Northwest, with part-time residency in Patagonia, Chile; providing full time-zone coverage for global operations across the Americas and Europe.
