Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, I'm a bilingual professional (Spanish/English) with deep experience in immigration services and refugee resettlement. I hold a B.A. in Political Science from UMBC and graduated valedictorian from Montgomery College, where I was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
