I’m a CRM administrator and operations focused marketer who loves building systems that help teams move without friction and creating marketing that makes people care.
My background includes Salesforce and HubSpot administration, pipeline and lifecycle management, workflow automation, reporting, and team training. I’ve worked across enterprise and agency environments, including serving as a Salesforce Champion at AT&T for a 40+ person team and supporting CRM adoption, data quality, and pipeline accuracy.
Today, I support sales and marketing teams by building clean CRM infrastructure: automations, lead routing, dashboards, and campaign workflows that improve handoffs and make performance easy to track.
Outside of systems work, I also share breakdowns of marketing campaigns and partnership strategies I love, with a focus on what makes them work and what other brands can learn.
