TNTP seeks two full-time Senior Managers, Fundraising for TNTP’s Fundraising Team. One senior manager will manage a national portfolio, and the other senior manager will lead a regional portfolio.
Who We Are
TNTP brings research, policy, and consulting together to reimagine America’s public education system. Working collaboratively, we dig into educators’ toughest challenges, and we provide actionable solutions grounded in evidence. This work takes place in schools and districts across the country, and our national position allows us to spot trends, collect and analyze data, and advocate for policy changes that introduce greater impact at scale. Our goal is to empower every student, breaking them free from the constraints of poverty and race, fostering innovation, and driving growth across the country. We collaborate across sectors and with school systems to ensure that the 3.5 million young people who graduate high school every year have pathways to economic and social mobility.
At TNTP, fundraising means strategically identifying and cultivating relationships with organizations and individuals that will allow us to help as many students as possible access opportunities for upward mobility. With a total portfolio of over $20M in grants and donations, TNTP leverages philanthropic revenue to pilot new work, scale proven approaches, and influence the field. TNTP has a strong track record and deep relationships with institutional funders, especially in the PK-12 education field. The Fundraising Team has expanded in recent years to keep pace with overall organizational growth and increased opportunities to engage local and regional funders nationwide. While there is ample opportunity to expand its relationships with institutional grant makers, TNTP is also interested in diversifying its philanthropic revenue to include individual, corporate and other sources of philanthropic funding in the coming years.
