About Regeneration Group
Regeneration Group’s mission is to shift more private wealth toward building a flourishing future, while reducing suffering and risk. We are doing so through four different entities that each play their part in contributing to our mission.
- Generation Pledge: Global community of inheritors dedicated to impact. Generation Pledge is a global community of inheritors from ultra high net wealth (UHNW) families who are dedicated to creating extraordinary impact. Members pledge to use their economic capital, as well as their social, political, and career capital (polycapital) to help shape a better world. The pledge includes a commitment to donate at least 10% of their inheritance within five years of inheriting, or within five years of taking their pledge if they’ve already inherited.
- Polycapital Academy: Impact and wealth education. We offer education to wealth holders and wealth adjacent professionals on how to effectively leverage private wealth to have a large, positive impact on the world. Polycapital Academy works in partnership with Green Templeton College at the University of Oxford to deliver our coursework. Beyond education, Polycapital Academy also conducts research at the intersection of private wealth and impact.
Polycapital Advisors: Impact and wealth advisory. Polycapital Advisors offers tailored advisory services to support individuals and families in designing and executing high-impact strategies. Centered around advisee’s intrinsic values, their polycapital, and global priorities, we developed a process that invites honest reflection, integrates world-class experts on their respective fields at every step of the journey, and supports advisees in taking informed high-impact decisions and follow through with them.
Regeneration Bank: Private banking services. (In development) A major bottleneck to fully impact aligned portfolios are wealth managers and bankers who default to “preserve and grow” as the primary pursuit in any portfolio. We are working on building a private bank where UHNW clients can bank for impact, not just financial return.
We are a small team of twelve with a big vision for impact. We have a can-do culture, are highly dynamic, and value exceptional standards of quality in our work. Each of us is deeply committed to impact and works energetically to fulfil this calling through Regeneration Group.
About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Impact Advisor to join our team, who will support our advisees in using their polycapital to create effective impact. This position is pivotal in providing impact advisory services and high-quality research and analysis on impact opportunities, and developing impact educational content. It aims to serve a wide audience of wealth owners and professionals associated with ultra-high net wealth (UHNW) families. The role requires a combination of excellent interpersonal communication and the ability to conduct thorough investigations to identify the best impact opportunities, necessitating strong quantitative and research abilities.
As an Impact Advisor, you will become a key part of our impact advisory offering, the foundation of our impact mission.
You are serious about effective impact, thrive when engaging with others, and love building connections. You are excited by the challenge of taking an impact question, building assumptions, and doing a back-of-the-envelope calculation to estimate potential outcomes that you subsequently test with evidence and experts. You feel confident advising and curating content on the topic, and are eager to continuously expand your horizon to expand our understanding of impact. You are comfortable when engaging with people of influence and have a deep appreciation for the role that community building has in creating lasting change.
Responsibilities
- Be a trusted advisor: Form and maintain trusting relationships with our advisees, educating them on effective impact strategies and supporting them to become their most fulfilled and impactful versions of themselves. Facilitate challenging conversations about sensitive topics such as family dynamics and financial decisions.
- Rigorous research: Quickly conduct thorough research on opportunities in various cause areas to inform advisees' capital deployment decisions. This includes reviewing published research, consulting with experts, investigating cause areas to identify the best interventions, conducting back-of-the-envelope calculations, and developing theories of change.
- Simplify complex information: Take complex cause area reports and translate them into clear, concise presentations for advisees, ensuring the information is accessible and understandable.
- Curate educational content: Curate and create content that educates the community and future external audiences on effective impact across investments, business, philanthropy, social connections, policy and advocacy work, and leveraging time and experience. Ensure all resources are vetted and represent best practices.
- Team collaboration: Be a proactive and collaborative team member, seeing opportunities instead of roadblocks, being self-motivated to get things done, and contributing to general organisational support, communications, administrative tasks, and strategy.
- Innovative thinking: Contribute your own ideas to help the organisation continuously improve. Your suggestions will be valued, and if they align with our goals, you will be supported in bringing them to fruition.
What we’re looking for
- Strong analytical and research skills. You are adept at breaking down complex, ambiguous questions into structured problems, building and testing assumptions, and using quick quantitative models to generate rough but decision-relevant estimates. You can critically evaluate evidence quality, integrate findings across diverse sources, and translate them into clear, actionable insights.
- Moral ambition to change the world for the better. You are passionate about creating meaningful positive change in the world, but also have a thorough understanding of the necessity for applying rigour and rational thinking to the work.
- Boldness in your aspirations, but humility in recognising what you still need to learn. You don't often feel like you're a candidate for the least intelligent person in the room, but when you do, you find the experience to be delightful because that's when you learn the most.
- Outstanding ambassadorial and people skills. You have very high emotional intelligence, including the ability to connect with and inspire others. You hear this feedback about yourself often.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex relationships. You are comfortable navigating relationships with people of influence and preferably have some level of experience with high net wealth individuals.
- You are a self-starter and self-motivator with excellent attention to detail. You have no issues with time management or prioritising tasks, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a larger team, especially one that’s spread around the world!
- Ideally 3-5 years of professional experience in impact, high-net wealth, research or advisory roles. That being said, we are open to any type of experience that could bring an interesting and useful perspective.
- Fluency in other languages is a plus.
Why you’ll want to work at Regeneration Group
- We’re at a pivotal stage of growth with real potential to significantly increase the flow of capital toward the most effective ways to improve the world. You’ll play a central role in shaping how we show up at this critical time.
- Join a team that’s both ambitious and kind. We care deeply about impact, and how we show up for each other. You’ll be joining a thoughtful, values-driven group of people who are supportive, generous, and collaborative.
- Opportunity to work remotely and opportunities to travel to conferences and team gatherings.
- A learning-rich environment. You’ll engage with cutting-edge thinking in effective impact, systems change, and values-led leadership. We support your growth with opportunities to stretch your skills and expand your thinking.

- We deeply value moral integrity and that guides our work on all levels.
