Position Summary
The Impact & Insights Manager will strengthen and scale CMP’s data infrastructure, connecting Innovation Fund disbursements and problem sets to measurable student and program outcomes. This role ensures CMP can track, interpret, and communicate the real-world results of our work, providing funders, partners, and stakeholders with credible, timely, and compelling evidence of impact.
This position sits at the intersection of data integrity, impact measurement, and storytelling. The ideal candidate will be equally skilled at working within strong existing systems, building new solutions where needed, and exercising ongoing system stewardship to ensure CMP’s insights remain accurate, relevant, and actionable over time.

First 90 Day Success Milestones
Establish Foundation: Build a deep understanding of CMP’s existing data and reporting systems, which are already effective and in active use. Strengthen this foundation by applying consistent structures and conventions, and set the stage for scalability as CMP continues to grow. Provide early data-backed insights that reinforce CMP’s mission story in external communications.
Integrate Current Operations: Embed the centralized data framework into active Fund and program cycles so that it becomes a natural part of how CMP operates. Ensure the systems not only track activity but also generate insights that directly support leadership, partnerships, and marketing.
Launch Reporting Framework: Deliver CMP’s first integrated impact dashboard and baseline impact report, demonstrating the value of connecting Fund data, program outcomes, and stakeholder needs. Establish a recurring reporting rhythm that scales with CMP’s growth and ensures ongoing system stewardship across the organization.
Qualifications
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $80,000 – $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Health insurance, retirement plan, PTO, professional development budget.
Location: Remote (U.S. based). Occasional travel may be requested.
