The CELA Energy, Connectivity, and Sustainability (ECS) team coordinates science-based, measurable, and scalable sustainability solutions and outcomes across the entire company. We engage with all of Microsoft’s business groups on the environmental impacts of business operations, and advocate for positive environmental outcomes that can result from technology and policy development.

The Sustainability Narrative & Engagement Manager will be responsible for helping craft and share Microsoft’s sustainability impact narrative and ensure the timely delivery across numerous channels and events. This position is highly matrixed, and will work within the ECS team, across CELA, with the sales and marketing organizations, and with the company’s business groups and engineering teams. Collaboration and organizational agility are important characteristics of this role.

Corporate Social Responsibility IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $105,800 - $204,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $136,200 - $223,300 per year.
