You will serve as a trusted advisor and primary client contact, helping organizations navigate complex climate risk, resilience, and disclosure challenges.

In this role, you will lead physical and transition risk assessments, vulnerability and criticality assessments, scenario analyses, and climate-related financial impact evaluations to support asset portfolio and enterprise-level decision-making. You will also lead business development efforts through proposal development, strategic client engagement, and identification of growth opportunities. In addition, you will direct multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality work on schedule and within budget, contribute to the continued development of Arcadis’s Climate Risk Nexus platform, methodologies, and service offerings, and mentor junior consultants to support technical excellence and professional growth across project teams.

Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and delivery across multiple engagements, and communicate findings through reports, dashboards, workshops, and executive presentations.
Advance climate risk methodologies, tools, and best practices while staying current on climate science, risk modeling approaches, regulatory developments, and disclosure requirements.
Collaborate across sustainability, resilience, adaptation, engineering, and digital solutions teams, and contribute to thought leadership through conferences, professional organizations, blogs, videos, and other multimedia.
