This role calls for a proactive, self-directed professional with expertise in managing local, international, and virtual convenings. The successful candidate will lead logistics, communications, and stakeholder engagement to support CEGA’s mission of generating rigorous, policy-relevant research to improve lives globally.

About CEGA

CEGA is a world-renowned research hub that advances global development through evidence-based innovation. Together, they produce actionable insights on what works to expand opportunities in education, health, and economic mobility for those living in poverty.

CEGA’s collaborative model involves curating research agendas with development leaders, funding high-impact studies, strengthening research capacity in the Global South, and translating evidence into practice for governments, NGOs, and private-sector partners. In line with its core values, CEGA prioritizes inclusion and diversity, encouraging applicants from under-represented backgrounds to apply.
