Key Responsibilities

Organizational and Strategic Leadership

  • Serve as the primary liaison between North American and Israeli teams, articulating North American perspectives and providing insight into the region’s unique cultural and organizational context during all management discussions.
  • Represent insights on young North American Jewish adults to inform communal strategy and strengthen the organization’s thought leadership and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the Birthright Israel Foundation to steward funders and Federations by providing program updates, supporting grant materials, and participating in presentations and allocation meetings.

  • Drive organizational reach into new and diverse markets to engage potential participants across North America.
  • Partner with the Birthright Israel Foundation team to translate program outcomes and participant experiences into compelling narratives that inspire donor commitment and community engagement.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will combine leadership, exceptional relationship-building and communication skills to connect North American and Israeli stakeholders in advancing Birthright Israel’s mission to strengthen Jewish identity, community, and connection with Israel.
