Overview
The Sustainability Strategy and Engagement team sits within the Global Sustainability Office and is fully integrated into all pep+ pillars and is focused on the following main objectives:
- Shape pep+ agenda and lead strategic communications with Executive Leadership and the Board of Directors on pep+ priorities
- Tackle complex pep+ challenges and develop actionable recommendations for the Sustainability Leadership with a cross-pillar/cross-sector/cross-functional focus
- Build pep+ reputation via high-impact external engagements
- Lead internal colleague engagement across the Sustainability Organization and the broader company
We are seeking a Global Sustainability Strategy and Engagement Manager.
Responsibilities
- Provide thought partnership to the Sustainability Leadership Team and Senior Executives on a broad range of business-critical topics
- Serve as the analytics point-person on projects, applying logical and creative thinking to drive to fact-based insights
- Partner with Sustainability Strategy leaders and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, and develop and manage cross-functional project plans to ensure successful delivery of Global Sustainability team priorities.
- Demonstrate fluency in AI-powered tools to accelerate insights, decision-making, and workflow efficiency.
- Support key pep+ engagement priorities, including planning of annual Global Sustainability Summit, working with global Green Team, and defining learning agenda, and building awareness and excitement around the pep+ agenda
- Maintain an external mindset, including staying on top of consumer, competitive, AI, and geopolitical trends, and flag relevant perspectives to inform pep+ agenda
Compensation And Benefits
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $110,700 - $185,100.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- BA required
- 5+ years of strategy experience either internally or with a Top-Tier consulting firm
- Strategic mindset and highly analytical thinker with sound business judgment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across diverse teams and geographies
- Proven track record as a strong project manager who can manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality events/communications on time
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage across multiple stakeholders
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred
- Experience in global companies or matrixed organizations
- Fluency in AI tools
- Strong interest in/understanding of sustainability industry trends, challenges, opportunities
- Love of Consumer Packaged Goods and our brands
- Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences
