Head of Insurance

We’re hiring a Head of Insurance at Premiums for the Planet.

We’re the only U.S. B Corp–certified commercial insurance brokerage—organizing mission-driven companies to buy insurance collectively and redirect premiums toward climate resilience.

We’ve proven the model with early clients. Now we’re looking for a senior leader who can build the brokerage infrastructure that makes this scalable.

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years of experience in commercial P&C brokerage
• Entrepreneurial leader with experience building or scaling brokerage operations
• Ability to sell, secure carrier appointments, and oversee service delivery
• Tech-fluent and comfortable building systems from the ground up
• Mission-aligned and interested in meaningful equity ownership

Compensation & benefits

• Compensation range: $50k – $150k annually (good-faith estimate, depending on experience & equity comp)
• Equity participation in addition to cash compensation
• No Health insurance or PTO at this time
