As part of the Community and Stakeholder Engagement Strategy & Ops team, you will help ensure we deploy our team members and grant making assets to drive growth for our business, and impact in community. You will support the development and oversight of key systems and tools to execute our commitments, while ensuring proper governance and compliance. This will involve close collaboration with multiple stakeholders to develop a framework for our processes that meet client needs. This role plays an important part in helping our team advance how Target leverages its distinctive brand and unparalleled resources to set the bar for responsible, and charitable business practices.

About You:
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Salary & Benefits
The pay range is $71,000.00 - $128,000.00
Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.
