How we LEAD:
The Sustainability Manager will support the development and implementation of our corporate sustainability strategy, plans, and initiatives. This role requires a creative, strategic thinker with deep expertise in decarbonization and high-fidelity communication skills. We are seeking a manager with a passion for engaging stakeholders around sustainability, strong consultative instincts and a knack for relationship-building. This role will report to SVP of ESG.
How you’ll CREATE:
Strategy & Planning
- Support the development of sustainability strategies in line with company goals and objectives and create and execute plans to achieve them.
- Identify, drive, and support strategic opportunities focused on climate change and decarbonization across our business and value chain.
- Develop, track, and report progress against KPIs to evaluate and communicate the performance of sustainability strategies.
Project Management
- Lead sustainability-related projects, managing across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Monitor sustainability megatrends and conduct research and data analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Manage relationships with external consultants, advisors and partners to support our work.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with teams across business units to integrate sustainability into business processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and industry partners.
- Develop and manage sustainability training and communication programs to engage employees.
Data, Reporting & Compliance
- Contribute to ESG reporting (voluntary and mandatory) related to our sustainability strategy, initiatives, and progress.
- Support sustainability data validation and analysis.
Bring your VIBE:
- 5-10 years’ experience in corporate sustainability, CSR, or ESG for a mid- to large-sized private sector company, or in professional sustainability consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree (MBA with a sustainability focus or MS in Sustainability) preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and technical and consumer-facing writing abilities.
- Passion for music and experience in the entertainment industry preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed.

Salary Range:
$99,400 - $121,300
The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
