Position Overview:
Arts Access Miami is seeking a Marketing Manager to coordinate and drive the
efforts of the marketing department. This role balances leadership, coordination,
and hands-on execution, ensuring that marketing campaigns, newsletters, social
media, and digital content are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with
the organization’s mission.
The Marketing Manager works closely with the CMO and Arts Access Director,
program, events and partners’ staff, and cross-functional teams to manage
workflows, produce content, and support visibility for Arts Access Miami initiatives,
events, and programs.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, creative
execution, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven
environment.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
1. Department Coordination & Oversight
- Coordinate day-to-day marketing and social media operations in Asana.
- Ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns, newsletters, and social media deliverables.
- Support the CMO in implementing cohesive departmental strategies and workflows.
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure consistency and accountability.
2. Content Creation & Editing
- Draft, edit, and distribute newsletters aligned with Arts Access Miami’s mission and programming.
- Write, review, and edit digital content for accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment.
- Design social media graphics and digital materials using Canva and/or Adobe tools.
3. Social Media & Digital Engagement
- Implement and maintain a consistent social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Schedule and publish content according to established posting calendars.
- Monitor trends and adjust strategies to increase reach, engagement, and visibility.
4. Event & Program Support
- Capture photos and video during live events, programs, and community engagements.
- Collaborate with program staff to develop content that highlights Arts Access Miami initiatives.
- Support promotional efforts for events such as Youth Musical Festivals and partner programs.
5. Multimedia Production
- Produce and edit basic video content for social media and promotional use.
- Utilize tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms for video editing.
- Manage and organize digital media assets for ongoing use.
Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in marketing management, content creation, and social media management.
- Video editing experience using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
- Prior experience in arts, culture, or nonprofit organizations is a plus.
Skills & Competencies

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Graphic design and photo editing experience (Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Asana.
