Madre Brava is an international climate organisation with a clear vision: 100% sustainable, healthy, and affordable food for all.
Our mission is to protect people, animals and the planet by leading a bold shift to more plants in food.
We achieve this by persuading food retailers to rebalance protein sales, increasing the proportion of plant-based products in line with the Planetary Health Diet.
Our Culture
We are a young, remote organisation that moves with agility and takes strategic risks. We are a mission-driven, solution-focused team grounded in a culture of autonomy, trust, transparency, and accountability. We believe that how we work is just as important as what we work on.

- Strategy (20%): You will measure and monitor our social engagement to inform our overall communications strategy. You’ll look to strategically exploit every external digital channel. A key part of this role is advising colleagues on social media to help them maximise their professional profiles.
- Innovation & Administration (20%): You will keep us at the cutting edge of digital trends, including guiding Madre Brava’s responsible use of AI as a workflow tool and thought partner. You will also ensure our supportive materials and brand guidelines are up-to-date.
