About Civic Strength Partners
Most organizations facing major changes like a merger, a restructure, a leadership transition, a responsible ending are navigating it without adequate support, often under pressure, sometimes in crisis. Civic Strength Partners exists to change that.
We accompany civil society and social impact organizations through consequential change, upstream, before the pressure becomes a crisis and the options narrow. Our approach is human-centered, relational, equity-based, and majority-world anchored. We bring the process. Organizations bring the purpose. The decisions are always theirs.
CSP is a young initiative, co-founded by Accountability Lab, Development Gateway: An IREX Venture, and Digital Public. This role is core to our ability to meet the organizations that are already finding their way to us.
The Role
The Senior Manager, Programs and Delivery, is the operational and programmatic partner to the Managing Director. You hold the systems, coordination, and delivery infrastructure that allow’s CSP to show up consistently and with integrity so that no organization is dropped, no service provider is left unclear, and no opportunity is lost to a gap in follow-through.
CSP is a small, intentional team: two core staff, shared services from our founding partners, and a roster of vetted service providers. You will need to be as comfortable in conversation with an organizational leader as you are with a project dashboard, and bring the same attentiveness to both. You are someone who does it now, well, and with satisfaction and want to bring that expertise to a values-aligned workplace.

Documentation and Knowledge Production
