Key Responsibilities

Effectively and efficiently manage administrative activities while maintaining complex schedules.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Make travel arrangements and other reservations for directors and other staff.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of department budgets and update monthly projections with direction.
Update, monitor and maintain key contacts.
Process vendor contracts, payments and expense reimbursements.
Partner with the events team to plan, organize and execute foundation events.
Provide clerical and administrative support to the foundation, applying knowledge of foundation and department operations, policies, and procedures.

Proven clear-thinker who is well-organized.
Detail-oriented, efficient, self-starter who assures a steady completion of workload in a timely manner and asks for help when needed.
Desire to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
An appreciation for the importance of maintaining confidential information and adherence to foundation information governance and records retention policies.

This is an in-office position located in Miami, Florida. The expected compensation for this position is $50,000 – $54,080. Pay is based on a number of factors including qualifications, skills and experience.
