About the Role

As Director of Brand Partnerships, you'll be a front-line quota-carrying sales person.

You'll own and grow key client relationships from sales to onboarding.

Responsibilities

Sales

Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of ETF providers, brokerages and exchanges with the goal of growing their partnerships with Blossom year after year
Prospect, pitch and close new clients.
Build media plans that hit your clients' goals
Explore new products to sell
Lead client onboarding, set campaign goals, and manage client communications with your team of account managers
Build deep long-term relationships that drive renewals and partnership-focused campaign expansion that help our clients reach their goals
Build community with your clients through events and thoughtful gifting experiences.
Become a valuable part of the US finance industry by attending client and industry events in NYC and beyond.

Campaign Execution

Collaborate with client success, design, content, and product teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns
Track timelines, deliverables, and performance across multiple partnerships
Support in problem solving and communication

Strategic Support

Support the Head of Brand Partnerships and the CEO with sales proposals, reporting, building new products to sell and creating client success playbooks
Identify opportunities for new campaigns, upsells, experimental pilots, and new product ideas that support the fast-growing industry we're in
Build decks in Google Slides and help translate client goals into creative campaigns

Internal Collaboration

Work cross-functionally with product and analytics to ensure partner success
Keep internal systems organized via Notion, Google Suite and Figma
Showcase pipeline and progress via sales CRM
Contribute to process improvements and partner experience initiatives

Requirements

A desire to become a world-class sales person and build a unicorn business
5+ years experience in media or advertising sales with a focus on long-term partnerships and creative campaigns
Experience hitting and exceeding a $3M+ quota
Confident running an end-to-end sales process, from cold outreach to deal signed.
Ability to build deep long-term relationships with 60+ key contacts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized pipeline and sales processes
Confident working with Google Slides, Notion, Figma
Passionate about investing, finance, or fintech (or ready to learn a lot in a short time!)

Bonus If You…

Have experience in a high-growth startup environment
Have an understanding of the US investing landscape and ETF industry
Have past experience with media sales, performance marketing, selling branded content, or creative development
Are plugged into the NYC finance and fintech community

Compensation

$100-120K USD base (based on experience), $180K+ Total Comp available through realistic on-target earnings.
We offer uncapped commissions so your compensation can be directly tied to your impact.
As a rapidly scaling startup, both the role scope and compensation will grow over time.
