P48

Project 48 (“P48”) exists to provide support to youth experiencing foster care, ages 7-23, by providing essential items and life skills during vulnerable and traumatic transitions.

P48 supports youth experiencing foster care across the Portland metro area through essential items, life skills programming, mentorship, and community connection. Since 2019, P48 has worked to ensure young people navigating foster care transitions experience greater stability, belonging, and opportunity.
