The Executive Director serves as the strategic and operational leader of P48, guiding the organization’s vision, sustainability, partnerships, and impact.
The Executive Director is responsible for advancing the mission through strong leadership, fundraising, community engagement, team development, and organizational strategy. The role works closely with the Board of Directors and leadership team to ensure financial sustainability, program excellence, and long-term organizational growth.
The Executive Director reports directly to the Board of Directors, with day-to-day communication through the Board President.
