Keep the innovation engine running smoothly in a fast-moving team
Are you a highly organised doer who loves bringing structure to complexity and making sure nothing falls through the cracks? Are you motivated by playing a key role behind the scenes to help tackle the climate and biodiversity crises? In this role (ideally suited for someone with at least 5 years of experience), you will support our global innovation team by organizing, coordinating, scheduling and ensuring actions are taken across multiple projects. Your main responsibility will be to help orchestrate the various workstreams that make up our strategic work within WWF - applying innovation tools to conservation and operational challenges across the organisation. While you won't need to be an expert in content or technical knowledge, you will be an essential part of the team, ensuring that everyone is aligned and that actions are taken promptly. Some of the projects you will contribute to are our Global Scaling Labs, Scaling Speedboats, Panda Labs and partnerships such as the academic partnership with the TUM (Technical University of Munich), as we explore the use of AI for project design in conservation. You will also be coordinating our network relationships to ensure we are engaging with the right players to help advance our mission.

● Help organise virtual agile sprints and collaborative workshops – co-ordinating scheduling across multiple time zones, providing technical back-up to facilitators, minute taking, and ensuring actions are captured, shared and tracked to ensure progress.
● Support the partnership with the Technical University of Munich (TUM) on AI for conservation project design by coordinating meetings, internal communication, and follow-ups.
● Help maintain WWF’s innovation network by maintaining the stakeholder relationship management database (Airtable), coordinating relationships, ensuring engagement with the right partners and stakeholders.
● Work primarily in the backend to organise knowledge, structure workflows, keep on top of invoices, reporting and team administration.
