Key Responsibilities
- Effectively and efficiently manage administrative activities while maintaining complex schedules.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Make travel arrangements and other reservations for directors and other staff.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of department budgets and update monthly projections with direction.
- Update, monitor and maintain key contacts.
- Process vendor contracts, payments and expense reimbursements.
- Partner with the events team to plan, organize and execute foundation events.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the foundation, applying knowledge of foundation and department operations, policies, and procedures.

- Detail-oriented, efficient, self-starter who assures a steady completion of workload in a timely manner and asks for help when needed.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An appreciation for the importance of maintaining confidential information and adherence to foundation information governance and records retention policies.
This is an in-office position located in Miami, Florida. The expected compensation for this position is $50,000 – $54,080. Pay is based on a number of factors including qualifications, skills and experience.
