About the Role
We're looking for an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven professional who understands the high school education landscape and has a track record of driving adoption within school districts.
Success requires someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, thrives in ambiguity, builds trusted relationships, and enjoys creating something from the ground up.
You'll own district engagement from initial outreach through implementation, while serving as the voice of educators to help shape future products and programs.
What You'll Do
Drive District Partnerships and Adoption
- Develop and execute strategies to expand adoption of Intuit for Education in high schools nationwide.
- Build relationships with district leaders, CTE directors, curriculum leaders, educators, counselors, and other key decision-makers.
- Focus outreach on large districts and strategic markets.
- Lead product demonstrations, curriculum reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
- Support district onboarding, implementation, and ongoing educator engagement to drive sustained adoption.
Grow Strategic Partnerships
- Build relationships with education organizations, nonprofits, state leaders, and industry partners.
- Represent Intuit for Education at conferences, workshops, and industry events.
- Identify opportunities for pilots and new district partnerships.
Shape Programs and Products
- Gather educator and district feedback through ongoing conversations and Voice of Customer activities.
- Partner with Product, Programs, Marketing, and Research teams to improve resources, inform future development, and identify emerging market needs.
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of the U.S. high school education landscape and district decision-making.
- Experience working with school districts and education leaders to drive adoption of programs, curriculum, or technology.
- Strong understanding of personal finance education, CTE, workforce readiness, or career-connected learning.
- Demonstrated success building strategic partnerships and influencing multiple stakeholders.
- Outstanding presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience leading product demos, workshops, or professional learning for educators.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Existing relationships with district leaders, state organizations, CTE leaders, or education associations are strongly preferred.
Who Will Thrive in This Role
We're looking for someone who:
- Knows how high schools and districts operate.
- Is scrappy, resourceful, and enjoys building new opportunities.
- Balances strategy with execution and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
