As a member of the Corporate Communications group, the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Coordinator will temporarily assist the CSR team with programs that support community relations and staff-driven charitable initiatives, including community grant management, matching fund programs, volunteer opportunities, sustainability initiatives and other philanthropic efforts.
Our work environment is hybrid, requiring three days per week in our Natick office, with the option to work the balance at home.

Program execution and administration:

Screen grant requests, pull quarterly reports from databases, provide quarterly briefs on applications, and facilitate payments for approved grants

Publish news and announcements to staff members via email, SharePoint, Viva Engage group forums, digital signage and other communications media, as appropriate
Special projects, as needed
- Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through;

Comfortable working with SharePoint, Word, Excel, other Microsoft Office applications, and databases
