- Work effectively across time zones and cultural contexts, building trust and strong relationships with partners in the APAC region.
- Collaborate with colleagues across ChangeX to ensure optimal learning and feedback loops.
- Support renewal and expansion opportunities by identifying partner needs, recommending next steps, and strengthening long-term value.
- Build and manage a pipeline of local and regional partnership prospects across the APAC region.
- Maintain accurate partner records and pipeline updates across internal systems, ensuring strong visibility and forecasting.
We are looking for people* who have:
- A demonstrated commitment to community-driven change and a good understanding of social and environmental issues, particularly in the APAC context.
- 5+ years of experience in partnership management and development or related roles, with a demonstrated track record of success in building and managing partnerships with companies, foundations and non-profits.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust quickly and maintain strong partner relationships over time.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience working cross-culturally across a range of countries in APAC.
- Strong self-management skills and ability to thrive in a fully remote, fast-moving environment.
- Fluency in English is required. The ideal candidate will have professional fluency in one or more Asia-Pacific languages to support partnerships across key regional markets. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong empathy and ethical fibre.
- High social and emotional intelligence and a strong team player.
- An entrepreneurial/intrapreneurial track record.
*We encourage you to apply if you believe your skills and experience are a good fit for this role, even if you don’t tick every box above.
