Position Overview
Do you want to play a critical role in advancing global culture and belonging at Autodesk? We are seeking an experienced, mid-career specialist to support the delivery of our global Culture, Belonging (GCB) strategy and objectives.
At Autodesk, we believe diversity of background, perspective, and capability is foundational to innovation that serves a global customer base. Creating the conditions for all employees to meaningfully participate, contribute, and grow is core to how we operate as One Autodesk.
Reporting to the Director of Global Belonging, this role blends operational excellence with opportunities for strategic contribution. The GCB Specialist will leverage project management, research, learning, facilitation, and program support skills to advance a broad portfolio of global initiatives.
This role operates at the intersection of Global Culture & Belonging (GCB), innovation, and emerging technologies. It is not a traditional Culture & Belonging support role, nor is it a technical engineering position. Instead, it requires someone who understands the impact of AI and digital transformation and can apply belonging and inclusion lens to ensure broad access to participation, product development, and workforce opportunity. The ideal candidate does not need to build technology but must be fluent in its implications — translating emerging capabilities into inclusive innovation strategies that shape how Autodeskers work and what we build.
